David Sackal (he/him) is an actor, director, producer, and instructor based in Lincoln, RI. David began participating in theatre when he was in high school in Johnston, RI and hasn’t stopped since. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Performance from Rhode Island College and has been in productions around the state, both professional and community. As a Rhode Island local, David has always been enamored with the opportunities Rhode Island has to offer and is excited to further extend those opportunities to local artists at CoLab Studio Theatre.

CoLab was founded and is run by David and his wife, Aubrey, with a mission to offer quality theatre that is accessible, uncommon, unconventional, underrepresented, and new. David is an advocate for strong teamwork and collaboration and is excited for future partnerships at CoLab. He hopes that locals will reach out or come by the theatre space to chat, check out a play from the bookshelves, or participate in an upcoming event or production. CoLab is for the Community,
