Join Us for Thoughtful & Lively Conversation
The Rhode Island Theatre Makers Roundtable is an event that happens the third Thursday of the month from 6:30pm - 8:00pm. Once a month theatre makers from all disciplines meet for a meaningful exchange, and this exchange will create new possibilities and opportunities for all Rhode Island Theatre Makers.

Gifted. Talented. Creative. Smart. Sassy.
Witty & Wonderful
Gifted people should be encouraged in their unique and creative ways. This is what we do at the Rhode Island Theatre Makers Roundtable. Rhode Island is brimming over with gifted and talented people. We want to know who you are, where you are, and what you are doing. We will report on what we see going on all around us. We invite you to participate each month by becoming a member of the Theatre Makers Roundtable. Share what's going on in your part of the Rhode Island Theatre World. Tell us who you are. There is so much going on out there artistically. We want to report it, share it, learn about it. Experience it via our monthly meetings and right here through this website.
We Need To Nourish Our Souls, Our Inner Beings
Good Manners
At the Theatre Makers Roundtable, we encourage everyone to apply the Golden Rule - Always Do unto others - Be witty. Be Smart. Be Funny. Be Entertaining and Be Kind.
A hundred years ago, in the nineteen twenties, the center of America's wit and humor was the famed Round Table in the Rose Room of the Algonquin Hotel in New York City. In the spirit of that renowned group of artists, playwrights, humorists and actors who met to engage in lively conversation, we'll meet monthly to discuss what's new, what's happening and what's the latest in Rhode Island theatre. You're invited to join the conversation. Members can participate by contributing their news, insights, and theatre making experiences.
